Dinner was the highlight; I savored a slow-roasted lamb dish, featuring aubergine and candied rosemary-a thoughtful arrangement that brought forward the intricate flavors of local produce. The pairing of each course with carefully selected wines accentuated the meal's richness, a reflection of the kitchen team's ethos to showcase seasonal offerings. The ambience of the restaurant invites an intimate dining experience, enhanced by the possibility of conversing with the Head Chef.
