My dining experience began with breakfast, a delightful spread of fresh muesli, fruits, and pastries that could easily satisfy any palate. The à la carte menu, complemented by an inviting buffet, is a testament to their commitment to quality. Dinner was the highlight; I savored a slow-roasted lamb dish, featuring aubergine and candied rosemary-a thoughtful arrangement that brought forward the intricate flavors of local produce. The pairing of each course with carefully selected wines accentuated the meal's richness, a reflection of the kitchen team's ethos to showcase seasonal offerings. The ambience of the restaurant invites an intimate dining experience, enhanced by the possibility of conversing with the Head Chef. The staff's dedication to service was notable, from knowing our names to promptly addressing any requests.
